Learning and Development Specialist

  1. Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers and employees.
  2. Design and develop training programs, including instructional materials, e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with managers to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with company goals.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  6. Support the onboarding process by providing training for new hires and ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
  7. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, and managing training materials. 

Suitable bachelor’s degree.At least 1 year of experience in a training and development role.Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.Excellent communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and project management skills.Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
