Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust test automation frameworks using Selenium.
- Create and optimize automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on automation best practices and framework enhancements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the automation framework and provide solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in test automation engineering, with a strong emphasis on Selenium.Technical Skills:Expert knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and associated tools.Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.Desired Attributes:Proven leadership skills and ability to drive initiatives within the team.A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality.Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
