- Ensuring that an organization meets the necessary tax, permit and licensing requirements.
- Collaborating with an executive team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure the integrity of a company’s ledger.
- Maintain financial & commercial propriety with respect to Plant operations while controlling costs to achieve Budget.
- Control over activities to insure proper allocation of costs and compliance with internal control rules.
- Analyze and provide regular feedback on plant KPIs to all stakeholders, including Manufacturing cost variance analysis, Finance KPIs, Working capital changes, profitability analysis, and other requested reports.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets & forecasts in sync with laid down objectives for operations.
- Summarizing budget trends, analyzing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives
- Providing external auditors with the necessary documentation and support
- Liaising with external tax accountants for tax preparation

Proven working experience as a Financial Controller10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceAdvanced degree in AccountingCPA or CMA preferredThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processExcellent accounting software user and administration skills
