- Plan, schedule, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system failures, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, including downtime, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor of Engineering.6-8 years of experience in maintenance.Experience in poultry industry is preferred.Experience in dealing with fans, heaters, and electrical farm panels.Familiarity with all electrical and mechanical faults.Knowledge of equipment disassembly and assembly operations.Work Locations ( El Wahat, Regwa, Ras Gharib, Wadi El Natroun and Matrouh ).
