As a Sales Representative at Kaii Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing our brand presence in the MENA region. Your primary focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting our digital and physical products, along with our core services which are website design and development and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities
- Familiarize with the company’s products, services, and values.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners.
- Apply for RFPs and explore new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely responses and high-quality communication.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, contracts, estimates, and invoices.
- Oversee the onboarding process and collaborate on project briefs with internal teams.
- Implement sales and retention strategies, contributing to marketing efforts.
- Draft business plans, pitches, and other relevant sales documentation.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and public relations initiatives.
- Track and document sales pipeline activities using CRM tools.
- Upsell existing projects and assist in upselling strategy development with the production team.
- Prepare quarterly sales reports and review performance with the direct manager.
- Develop methods to measure and enhance client satisfaction.
RequirementsExcellent command in written and spoken English and Arabic.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2 or more years of prior industry-related sales experience.Experience and knowledge in web development, and SEO.Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies.Hybrid model presence in the office.
