- Employee Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Recordkeeping and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Process enrollment changes, resolve benefit-related inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the payroll process, including data entry, verification, and distribution of paychecks.
- Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related items.
- Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with employment standards.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance management and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Additional Considerations:Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
