Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepares and develops the company's organizational structure by distributing roles and determining administrative titles for the work team

- Responsible for interviewing the resigned employee and discussing with him the reasons that prompted him to leave work and working to find solutions to them.

- Conducts and plans preliminary interviews to select qualified applicants for vacant positions

- Establishes a system of incentives and material and moral rewards for workers within the company

- develops a plan to evaluate the tool and develops it as needed.

- provides the tools and business models required by operations

- creates and develops the transfer and promotion system for workers and studies the solutions that arise from transfer and promotion

- provides periodic reports on the company’s performance levels and ways to address problems of low performance levels

- provides recruitment mechanisms and plans

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
