Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients, introducing Valley Sys’s IT solutions and services.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of interactions.
Generate interest in Valley Sys's offerings including network infrastructure, voice solutions, and consulting services.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and lead qualification.
Provide detailed feedback on leads and campaign performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and continue to generate leads.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with IT services, particularly network infrastructure and digitalization solutions, is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software for tracking lead interactions.
