The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects on-site. - Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel, resolving issues related to design, materials, and construction methods.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress logs, and change orders, and ensure proper documentation for quality assurance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and conduct tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety practices on-site, conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders, addressing any challenges or delays.
