The Supervisor for Civil Manholes and Finishes is responsible for overseeing the construction and finishing processes of civil manholes and related structures. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Supervision of Construction Activities: Oversee the installation and finishing of manholes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and local regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of work in progress, ensuring that all finishes meet the specified quality and aesthetic standards.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating activities with other teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Resource Management: Monitor the use of materials and equipment, ensuring that resources are available and utilized efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills
