Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our large, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and policies.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a supportive and open environment.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing training and guidance to managers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
-Policy Development & Compliance:
- Assist in the development, revision, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Generate reports and analytics to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Promote a culture of learning and career growth within the organization.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a large corporate environment.In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.Proficient in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
