Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process of fire-rated steel doors from start to finish.
Develop and implement production strategies to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Conduct quality control inspections and address any production issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
