Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive sales growth. This role involves creating marketing content, conducting market research, managing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
· Identify market opportunities and assess competitor activity to inform decision-making.
Brand Management:
· Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
· Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
· Develop promotional materials (brochures, product catalogs, etc.) and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing:
· Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
· Analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.) to optimize online marketing initiatives.
· Leverage online tools and platforms to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Market Research & Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and areas of opportunity in the plastics market.
· Monitor and report on industry trends and consumer preferences.
Campaign Management:
· Plan, design, and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (print, online, and trade events).
· Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future initiatives based on performance.
· Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing materials and services.
Sales Support:
· Support the sales team with marketing collateral and tools (presentations, brochures, etc.).
· Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives to boost lead generation and conversion.
Budgeting & Reporting:
· Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
· Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI analysis.
Event Coordination:
· Plan and organize trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase the company’s products.
· Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships for industry events to maximize visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or plastics industry.
· Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, with experience in product marketing.
