- Manage and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities in the plant to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure that interruptions and technical problems are minimized.
- Supervise the mechanical maintenance team and guide them to achieve the highest levels of efficiency.
- Work to solve technical problems quickly and effectively and ensure high-quality maintenance.
- Analyze and evaluate equipment performance and make recommendations to improve processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance operations are carried out without affecting production.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure sufficient availability to avoid sudden stoppages.
- Preparing periodic technical reports and submitting them to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineeringExperience: 8 to 10 years in mechanical maintenance, with previous experience in food factoriesStrong experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and a full understanding of their applications in the food industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the latest maintenance techniques.Ability to lead teams and deal with pressure.Analytical skills and strategic thinking.Very good in English and the use of computer programs for maintenance.Location 6-octoberTransportation is providedMedical &social insurance
