Job Overview:
Responsible for managing customer reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management:
- Process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings as requested.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on system features and enhancements.
Problem Solving:
- Handle reservation-related issues, such as overbookings or schedule changes, with professionalism.
- Provide solutions and alternatives to customers in case of discrepancies.

Sales Support:
- Promote special offers, packages, and services to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
