We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution in our Egyptian distribution facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and timely storage, retrieval of goods, and the maintenance of a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, experience in supply chain management, and a commitment to process improvement and high standards of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Ensure accuracy and reliability in stock levels, minimizing discrepancies.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring all members adhere to company policies and operational standards. Conduct performance evaluations and maintain a motivated workforce.
• Coordination with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to optimize inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring cost efficiency and timeliness.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and security regulations in the warehouse, including compliance with local and company guidelines. Conduct regular safety audits and implement improvements as needed.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings in warehouse operations. Develop and implement strategies for process automation, lean inventory, and improved accuracy.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on inventory status, employee productivity, and warehouse performance. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational processes.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to achieve cost efficiency without compromising operational excellence.
