- Working with ticketing system.

- Providing hands-on support for network and datacenter equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft operating systems, MS Office applications, and hardware.
- Configure and maintain Servers, desktop, workstations, notebooks, printers, and handheld devices.
- Assist with network and datacenter equipment setup and maintenance.
- Provide remote desktop support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues.
- Self-starter and a good team player with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
- Manage, configure, and support VOIP Solutions.
- Manage and Configure IP and CCTV Surveillance System.
- IT assets management.
