Role Overview:
As our Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our expansion. From orchestrating construction and setting up operations to ensuring brand consistency and top-notch service, you’ll oversee every step of the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from operations and finance to HR and training, to bring each new location to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Execute: Manage all phases of new restaurant openings, ensuring each location meets quality and timeline standards.
- Drive Excellence: Set high standards for operational efficiency and brand consistency across all locations.
- Coordinate Teams: Work hand-in-hand with the construction, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless opening processes.
- Champion Training and Onboarding: Establish and lead training programs for new teams, setting them up for success.
- Track and Report: Provide timely updates to stakeholders on progress, budget adherence, and any challenges.
Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 6 years in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.Leadership Skills: A proven leader with strong decision-making capabilities and a strategic mindset.Results-Oriented: Focused on delivering results while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptability: Able to pivot and adapt in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
