We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales efforts for a high-profile real estate project in Sahl Hasheesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a sales team, establishing systems for customer and team management, and maximizing unit sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive unit sales.
- Set up and manage CRM systems to track leads, clients, and brokers (using industry-standard software
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international brokers.
- Monitor sales metrics and produce regular performance reports.
- Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and meetings.
7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in real estate (experience in Hurghada or Red Sea areas is a plus).Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Living in or willing to relocate to Hurghada area.Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.Experience setting up and using CRM systems to manage client relationships and internal workflows.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.English proficiency required; additional languages like German or Russian are a plus.Familiarity with real estate marketing and sales tools used in Egypt, such as Property Finder, OLX Property, or AqarMap.
