- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the department.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for meetings.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and follow-up with clients and vendors.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls related to accounting matters.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial records.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on accounting issues as needed.
- Manage travel arrangements and coordinate meetings for the accounting team.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate accounting department.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
