Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, selling sponsorships, managing client accounts, leading the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a sales manager or a business development manager
- Advertising agency background is a must
- Sales Strategy Development and Implementation, Client Account Management, and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and selling sponsorships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sports industry trends and dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- A car is a must
