- Execution of operating plan, Monitor the workflow of production processes to ensure efficiency.
- Train, Supervise and evaluate performance & productivity of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).
- Determine quantities & numbers of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Provide total shop leadership with respect to EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and Compliance
- Defines and tracks metrics to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user KPIs and product performance.
- Production Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sustainability reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time.
- Resource Coordination: Effectively manage resources to support sustainability reporting efforts.
- Data Repository Management: Manage a central sustainability reporting data repository.
- Lead the implementation of Lean six sigma methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Continuously improve/simplify the shop operating rhythm to meet SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Productivity) goals.
- Maintenance of data integrity in ERP System (Odoo) in relation to status, critical dates, availability/assignment of project materials
- Look for opportunities to improve production processes.
- Submit reports to upper management about the current production status.
- Follow quality standards for products.
- Organize regular meetings to motivate the team and discuss challenges.
Proven experience as production Manager.Deep knowledge of production management, sustainability & lean manufacturing.Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.Experience in reporting on key production metrics.Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (Odoo, SAP & Oracle).Outstanding communication ability.Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.Attention to details.Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.BSc/Ba in Engineering (mechanical / Electrical) or production management.
