Costing Section Head

- Follow up the documentary cycle for purchases and warehouse receipts regarding raw materials and packaging materials, which are as follows: -

1- Ensure that there is a PO on SAP for all raw material receipts.

2- Review purchase orders prices and ensure that there is an approval from the management in case of a price difference.

3- supervise revision of manual raw material receipts and ensure that they are recorded correctly and linked to the supply orders on SAP.

- Review production orders on a daily basis and ensure that materials consumption are recorded accurately and ensure that open production orders are closed within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of the production order.

- Make a daily comparison between actual and standard consumption of raw materials and identify the causes of deviations and send a daily report on the deviations.

- Conduct periodic review of the BOM and take the necessary action to reduce the deviation rate to the minimum.

- Update BOM on a monthly basis to ensure accurate consumption of raw materials as well as MOH.

- Review actual MOH items periodically and ensure the correctness and accuracy of expenditure direction compared to standard expenses.

- Coordinate & supervise the inventory counting process for the monthly inventory count taking process and ensure that all procedures are taken in cooperation with the relevant departments to guarantee a correct & accurate result for the inventory and monthly closing.

- Match actual warehouse balances (raw materials, packaging, WIP & finished goods) with SAP, investigate the variances, Recommend and implement action plan to prevent such variances in the future.

- Keeping track of average monthly cost of all raw materials types used in the production process and share a monthly report to the CFO on monthly basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CMA certification is preferred/Cost Accounting courses.Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skills; strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Computing Skills :Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong ERP Systems experience (SAP) - minimum 2 years.Personal Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
