• Registering new employees on the attendance and departure program and following up the attendance and departure of the facility
• Editing and keeping internal and external letters related to personnel work and sending them to the concerned authorities after approval
• Follow up the series of approvals for departures and vacations on the program, and remind direct managers to approve or reject them.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly salaries and record amendments to the statements, and on all the due to employees or them
• Assist in the implementation and implementation of work policies and regulations.
• Follow-up of the administrative covenant book
• Follow-up of employees' vacations and work commencements
• Assist in the establishment of an integrated archive and database for the Group's employees.
• Assist in the promotion and modernization of personnel programs.
• Refer to (Labor Office, Ministry of Commerce, Social Insurance, Municipality, Civil Defense) or any other party in case of requiring the presence of a representative of the establishment.
