We are seeking a full-time English/Arabic speaking customer relations representative. The candidate's main responsibility is to provide live demos of our products to customers, respond to customer inquiries in live meetings and daily emails, and act as an account manager for some of our clients. All activities are performed online.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential candidates by email or phone, at a daily basis
- Give live demos to potential customers and attend meetings
- Ensure that good customer relations is achieved and maintained
- Deal with customer queries and complaints effectively, as and when required in a professional manner
- Follow-up with customer inquiries by email
