- Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures
- Analyze the actual costs vs. budget for work activities; in order to issue an area of concern report and make recommendations that provide support to construction projects. according to the main criteria segmentation (Material, Sub-contractor, labors and machinery) and suggests ways to increase profitability
- Review and validate reports for materials wastage compared with executed quantities in client’s interim payment/Monthly work performed report, with the materials released out of the warehouse to identify the deviation to budget and waste material percentage.
- Present cost control reports to the team and management to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Arch. Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in the same fieldPrimavera certification is preferableExperience in construction or road or infrastructure worksExperience in projects cost controlVery Good English LanguageExcellent Computer Skills.
