Assistant Brand Manager

  • Assist in setting brand financial and marketing targets and ensuring their achievement.
  • Assist in planning for marketing and support activities in coordination with the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and External Agencies.
  • Execute plans and report on campaign results.
  • Follow-up on the execution of advertising and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate, Execute, and Follow-up on research projects.
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of market research.
  • Report marketing activities to the direct manager, through written reports.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provides written reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Coordinate and follow up on R&D projects.
  • Follow up on new product launches with R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager / Business Developer / Marketing Specialist2-3 years of experience in brand management.FMCG experience is a must.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and event coordination.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
