We are looking for a skilled Electrical Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical control systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electrical control panels, wiring systems, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical control systems and equipment in accordance with technical diagrams and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including PLCs, motors, relays, and control panels.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical control systems to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document maintenance tasks and repair activities using maintenance management systems.
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Control Technician or in a similar role.Technical Skills:Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical control diagrams and blueprints.Hands-on experience with PLC programming, motor control systems, and electrical troubleshooting.Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and industry standards.Familiarity with using electrical testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.Control panel wiring.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.Other requirements:Willingness to work in industrial environments.Flexibility to work overtime or on-call shifts if required.
