  1. Planning and programming of all Engineering operations.
  2. Staff hiring, promotion, and evaluation
  3. Staff training.
  4. Controlling the execution of the whole maintenance programs.
  5. Store organization and control.
  6. Budget for costing and control.
  7. Energy saving and survey of consumption.
  8. Daily meetings and distribution of the required jobs.
  9. Studying of the projects and new technology.
  10. Purchasing of all the spare parts and required materials
  11. Follow up for the outside contractors and major system inspection.
  12. Follow up for the monthly reports and preparation of the yearly reports.
  13. Daily checking for major equipment and water treatment
