Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market presence.
  • Set and achieve measurable business development goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure lucrative business deals.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and operations, to effectively meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and track the success of business development initiatives through various metrics.
  • Report on progress to senior management, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
  • Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.


    Job Requirements:

    • A university degree or equivalent qualification in business development.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the translation industry.
    • Established network of professionals and clients in the translation field especially in the GCC market.
    • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
    • Proven team leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
