Responsible for cleanliness and service on assigned guest room floors during shift.
当班时负责所分配的楼层的清洁及服务。
1. Responsible for assigned floors and guest rooms during shift.
当班时负责所有分配的楼层和客房。
2. All duty floor supervisors together hold morning briefing everyday.
当班楼层主管每天早上召开客房人员例会。
3. Ensure all rooms including checked-out rooms and occupied rooms are inspected during the duty hours, and well hand over the uncompleted work to next shift.
确保工作时间内检查所有房间,包括退房和住客房。并将为完成工作交接给下一个班次。
4. Complete the working sheet as per the standard and requirement.
按照规定要求完成工作表的记录。
5. The supervisor check room cleanness and room amenities refill and set up, all room condition.
每天仔细检查客房保证清洁质量及物品补充、摆放达到要求、设施情况良好。
6. Collect guests prefenrence when inspecting rooms, make up rooms according to guest preference, input into guest profile for future reference.
收集客人喜好并按照客人喜好打扫房间,同时输入电脑以便将来参照跟进。
7. Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
与前台接待密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。
8. Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.
确保所分配的区域的高标准清洁。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:
1. Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.
具有良好的管家部楼层日常操作方面的知识。
2. Good supervisor to people and communication ability.
良好的管理及沟通能力。
3. Can speak some English at least can read from Housekeeping Fidelio/Opera.
能说简单的英文,能从电脑上读懂房态。
Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1. Minimum 1 year supervisor in Housekeeping Department.
至少具有一年楼层主管的工作经验。
2. 2-3years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
两至三年同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验。
