IT Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and implement the company's data security rules to protect sensitive information.
  • Track assets, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Manage and troubleshoot end-user equipment, such as computer printers and scanners.
  • Solve hardware and software faults on end-user devices.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Collect and pass on user feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for continuous improvement.

EducationBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent years of hands-on experience.ExperienceFrom 1 to 3 year of experience in a help desk specialist or user support role.
