- Administer accounts payable and receivable functions to include verification of items purchased, invoicing records, coordination with the accountants, vendors, and personnel.
- Prepare reports, budgets and financial statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Administer the payroll and controlling income and outcome financial works on sites
- Follow-up financial and administrative works with suppliers
- Provide general office administration support.
Must have worked in the Fuel Industry and with experience with Fuel station businessMust have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
