We're seeking a results-oriented Export Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving sales of high-quality agricultural products to international markets.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for assigned regions.

* Identify and cultivate relationships with new international buyers and distributors.

* Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and grow accounts.

* Negotiate contracts and secure profitable export deals.

* Oversee export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B international sales (agricultural products).

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

* Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in English and an additional language (a plus).

* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Working conditions: Sunday to Thursdays (9 AM to 5 PM)
