Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in tenders in alignment with the sales team and prepare all tender documents in coordination with concerned teams
  • Align with the sales team in the region to proactively identify possible tenders and needed qualifications
  • Complete sales and tendering in allocated markets from the early pursuit phase until the final negotiation, contract signature, and handover to the execution team
  • Prepare and ensure on-time and complete technical and commercial tender submittal to the customer and support technical and commercial negotiations with customers
  • Work out the sales strategy for the tenders by selecting the winning solution, both commercially and technically
  • Complete analysis of data regarding the offer/order and records ensuring that techno-commercial quotations are competitive in coordination with concerned departments
  • Provide information to the risk review process per engineering proposals that meet the customer's technical requirements
  • Develop new market opportunities supporting other managers/ sales
  • Manage and collaborate with the front-end sales team.
  • Preparation of technical and financial aspects of the offer, marketing materials to on-sell service range indicating prices and trading conditions
  • Analyze and evaluate specific technical issues and associated risks affecting the offer acceptance rate
  • Prepare the initial cost for the BOM and send it to the costing department to get the total price of the transformer.
  • Provide technical support to Sales Managers when needed


Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • +10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of Financial Aspects of tender components of the transformer.
  • Material pricing (BOM) & product pricing.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management techniques.
