Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a strong background in export management to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding their export needs, and delivering effective marketing solutions that drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of export logistics, market trends, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on their export and marketing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' export objectives and create tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless export operations.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and project outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to expand our client base.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the export or international trade sector.
- Strong understanding of export logistics, documentation, and market requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical skills with a strategic mindset to identify and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
