Our company, a leader in denim manufacturing, has established a strong presence both nationally and internationally with its high-quality products. We are currently looking for a Customer Representative to join our CRM Department located in Ismailia / Egypt.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from relevant university departments,
• At least 5 years of experience in the ready-to-wear/textile industry,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach,
• A team player who can work collaboratively,
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and proficient in follow-up processes,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Residing in the Ismailia or able to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage customer requests and coordinate production processes,
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction,
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to manage workflows efficiently,
• Expand the customer portfolio and strengthen relationships with existing clients,
• Track production stages and provide timely updates to customers.
