BSc degree in Engineering, preferable major ( Production ).Experience in production of LED lighting products.Experience with full product life cycles from prototype to production.Experience in operating of LED assembly line machinery ,equipment and tools.Problem-solving skills.Leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.Experience in the electrical supplies industry is a plus.
