- Craft and update job descriptions
- Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes.
- Send job offers to the selected candidate salary and benefits approved from top management.
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Complete reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals.
- Implements new hired orientation.
Work experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition, HR recruiter or similar role in Construction Field Basic knowledge of labor legislationExperience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)Excellent organizational skillsBSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
