Sales Engineer - Light current
Systems:

- Generate new leads by searching for new markets and customers.
- Contact customers and follow up with them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
- Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and respond to their comments and requirements.
- Submit all the required documents to the potential clients (company official documents, catalogs, samples, etc…) based on clients’
- Follow up on pending projects with clients.
- Sell and promote our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for existing/ new products and services
- Provide the top management by the required reports on sales and market competitions.
- Build and develop new and positive relationships with clients by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Enhances company image and reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
- Assist the company in achieving the yearly Target.
- Participate in important negotiations with key customers to close the deal.

-Technical Support and Integration skills- Experience in Presales and Sales- Knowledge of security measures- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively- Experience in the building systems industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
