Maintenance Manager

  • Managing and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Scheduling and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion
  • Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Planning and coordinating maintenance activities, including repairs and upgrades.
  • Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Tracking expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and training for staff.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of machinery, tools, and other equipment.
  • Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
  • Analyzing equipment failures and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Preparing reports on maintenance activities, costs, and efficiency for management review.
  • Working closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Liaising with external contractors and suppliers for specialized services.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance strategies

Requirements

  • BSc / BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min 10+ years experiences in facility management preferred in real Estate or hospitality field with a focus on MEP and Civil maintenance.
