- Study the project documents (project specs., drawings, BOQ, etc.) for different mechanical systems i.e HVAC, Plumbing and Fire.
- Create all kind of CAD drawings.
- Create and store drawings electronically.
- Prepare variations of design.
- Develop detailed designs for mechanical systems.
- Resolve design problems.
- Review and analyze specifications.
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise.
- Prepare the material submittals and provide the material take off for different mechanical systems.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise for discussion and proper solve.
- Finalize technical queries and issues with the vendors, receive replies and ensure the results are fully implemented.
- Solve technical issues raised by side due to confliction between drawings and reality work or due to material in compliance with drawings and isometrics.
- Control Panel Programming.
- Door Fan Testing.
- Prepare commercial quotations.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roleHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalBS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fieldAdditional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plusMechanical Engineering is a must.Military Exemption.Excellent usage of window office.English language is a mustCairo Residents only
