Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and terminations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company’s culture and objectives.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources management.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead teams and build positive working relationships.
