End-User Support Tasks:
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Windows desktop environments, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email clients, antivirus software, and other installed applications.
Server Support and Maintenance Tasks:
Manage and maintain server hardware and software, including Windows Server 2019 and newer versions.
Administer Active Directory, file servers, SQL databases, terminal servers, and related infrastructure.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).Preferred: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and MS SQL administration experience.Good Communication skills (preferred excellent)working with Team.
