- Quality Control Systems: Develop, implement, and manage warehouse quality control processes and procedures that align with our company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze warehouse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Product/Process Auditing: Conduct regular quality audits on processes, procedures, and outputs to ensure compliance with our quality standards .
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Identify and address non-conformities or process issues, initiating corrective and preventive action plans.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer belong to warehouse operations.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality and warehouse operational quality management.Skills:Good knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.Strong communication skills and working cross-functionally with teams.Reporting Structure:The Quality Operations Specialist will Report to W/H manager and dotted reporting line to the central Quality Manager.
