Senior Customer Service Agent

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Explain company policies to customers regarding billing, contracts, installation and other related topics.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Technical Affairs departments to facilitate Kahraba’s customers’ journey inside the company. 
  • Assist the customers with billing questions or problems with their accounts.
  • Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions about contracting procedures.
  • Handle the CRM system and submit periodical repots to the Sales department & Top management.
  • Welcome the customers at the assigned plant and be the first line of contact with them. 

Bachelor’s Degree.3 – 5 Years of experience in customer service domain. Strong Interpersonal skills; effective communication & listening skills.Outstanding Problem solving skills.Effective time management.Advanced MS Office knowledge.ERP (Oracle) experience is preferred.Collaboration, compliance & details oriented.
