- Check and review the new Bill of Material (BOM), to ensure its accuracy and approval as per the related FCR.
- System invoicing for local and imported RM, ORM, SP, and FGP
- Check and review actual labor, material, and conversion costs against standard and Budget for accurate cost generation.
- Generate the Month End Stock Status Report; reconcile it with physical inventory in order to adjust the variances accordingly.
- Generate Non Moving Item Report for (FG, WIP, RM, SP and ORM) on a monthly basis, and relay it to Management in order to take the proper action.
- Issue the FG Costing Sheet and submit it to Chief Accountant and finance manager for checking and GM final approval.
- Control the waste and material transactions by checking issue and receipt for records accuracy.
- Prepare on monthly basis VAT declaration report and relay it to Chief Accountant for review and FM for approval
- Prepare on Quarterly basis withholding declaration report and relay it to Chief Accountant for review and FM for approval
- Prepare on Quarterly basis income tax declaration report and relay it to Chief Accountant for review and FM for approval
- Prepare on yearly basis CIT declaration report and relay it to Chief Accountant for review and FM for approval
