Job Purpose:
Planning & Organizing export sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve annual export sales target.
Reporting To:
Responsibilities:
-Takes responsibility for developing and delivering an approach to strategic planning for a key part of the organization.
- Client & Customer Management
-Manages key client and customer relationships, typically by using account teams to ensure their -ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.
-Sells a range of products and services to significant customers and/or manages a sales team with guidance from senior colleagues to achieve sales targets for a given area.
-Manages the development and/or delivery of budget plans for own department.
- Data Collection & Analysis
-Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
Tasks:
-Analyze global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities.
-Design market research constructs, requirements and procedures.
-Monitor, Plan and develop export sales activities and participate in setting goals and executing the organization export sales policies.
-Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.
-Develop new market entry business strategies.
Develop sales, marketing, brand communication and public relations strategies for different international markets.
-Profile new target customers and market segments in international markets.
-Review customer acquisition and retention programs in various international markets.
-Resolve Customer Complaints regarding sales and services.
-Coordinate and direct sales activities with other departments inside the organization.
-Prepare pricing and discount rates.
-Prepare and submit periodic export sales reports.
Competencies:
- 5-7 years of experience in the same position specifically in Industrial field
- Engineering, BSc/BA in commerce, business administration, or information systems.
Preference industries:
- Building Materials.
- Steel.
- Any Engineering Industry.
