● Design promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and booklets to ensure integration with social media and product packaging.
● Keep up with developments in printing and packaging technologies to ensure innovation in packaging design.
● Participate in meetings with marketing and sales teams to align designs with campaign strategies.
● Minimum 6 years of experience in product packaging design and social media design. ● Strong experience in the Retail & Appliances sector, including knowledge of market trends and suitable packaging designs. ● Experience in Point of Sale (POS) Marketing, with the ability to develop visual solutions that enhance consumer engagement at retail points. ● Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ● Excellent understanding of modern design trends and social media strategies. ● Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output. ● Ability to work smartly and quickly to meet multiple projects demands within tight timelines, with a strong focus on details. ● Experience in time and project management to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard. ● Experience in printing and packaging techniques, with a keen eye for details. ● Knowledge of UX/UI principles to develop engaging visual content and enhanced user experiences. ● Strong portfolio demonstrates relevant design work.
