IT Infrastructure Engineer

  • Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization
  • Responsible for IT tools custodian for new hiring and resign employees
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
  • DC knowledge and handling
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Manage and Install CCTV Systems
  • Testing new technology
  • Report troubleshoots and maintain Servers.
  • Prepare all needed for network and servers’ devices. 
  • Manage internet configuration and maintenance.
  • Implement and install Complete Computer Operating Systems.
  • Carry out Software and Hardware Technical Support Services.
  • Report Backup and restore all servers and networks.
  • Monitor the network and servers’ performance.
  • Provide Antivirus Software solutions and all necessary security systems.
  • IT First line support activities (Help Desk).
  • Manage telecom solutions utilizing the company WAN, such as VOIP.
  • Update IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  • Installation of networks to ensure achieving goals.
  • Implement procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup.
  • Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.

 


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology.1 to 2 years in the same position.Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), Firewall and DCC Knowledge.Very Good in English is a must.
